DEAL DONE – ROŽIVA
PEYTON legal represented the existing majority shareholder in the sale of a majority stake in the Moravian agricultural company ROŽIVA a.s. to a strategic local investor.
ROŽIVA is a company with almost thirty years of history in primary agricultural production and farms more than 900 hectares of land.
PEYTON legal provided the seller with full-scale legal services consisting of negotiating the transaction documentation and resolving all related legal issues.
