The long-awaited amendment to the Labour Code was promulgated in the Collection of Laws as Act No. 281/2023 Coll.
Most of the provisions will enter into force as early as 1 October 2023, with the exception of certain provisions, in particular those on the leave of workers on agreements outside the employment contract, which will not enter into force until 1 January 2024.
