PEYTON legal represented the sellers in the sale of a 100% shares in Nobilis Tilia to Kofola ČeskoSlovensko.
Nobilis Tilia is a leading Czech brand of natural aromatherapy cosmetics. Established in the 1990s, it combines world-class quality with a strong focus on health, sustainability and ecology—offering products designed to care for both body and mind.
