DEAL DONE – PJ EXPEDIS a MUFF Logistics
PEYTON legal represented ME Logistics Holding in the acquisition of a 100% stake in PJ EXPEDIS and MUFF Logistics. ME Logistics Holding is backed by MAM Private Equity Fund SICAV, together with partners from the EDTI Group and Martin Jeřábek.
PJ EXPEDIS and MUFF Logistics focus primarily on logistics for the telecommunications sector, with MUFF Logistics serving customers in the Czech Republic and PJ EXPEDIS operating in the Czech Republic as well as Slovakia.
The new owners plan to further develop both companies, including in the areas of comprehensive logistics process management and the digitalization of logistics operations.
The acquisition forms part of the long-term investment strategy of MAM Private Equity Fund SICAV, which is focused on the development of promising Czech and Slovak companies, and represents a key step for the fund and its partners in growing their investment activities in the logistics sector.
PEYTON legal provided the buyer with comprehensive legal advice, in particular legal due diligence of both acquired companies, negotiation of the transaction documentation, and handling of all related legal matters.
