DEAL DONE – C10D
PEYTON legal represented ADAX Fond firemního nástupnictví in making its milestone tenth acquisition, which was successfully completed at the end of last year.
The ADAX fund’s portfolio was expanded by the engineering company C10D s.r.o., which specializes in custom manufacturing of metal components, primarily for the heavy transport, waste management, maritime transport and energy sectors.
ADAX Fond firemního nástupnictví is a fund of qualified investors focused on investing in commercially promising Czech and Slovak companies.
C10D has become a strong new addition to the fund’s engineering pillar, complementing the services of the existing fund company ZK METAL s.r.o. and bringing new synergies to other group entities as well.
PEYTON legal provided the buyer with comprehensive legal services consisting of negotiating the transaction documentation and resolving all related legal issues, including support in arranging bank financing.
The transaction was carried out by the PEYTON legal team led by Tadeáš Petr, together with Martin Heinzel and Ondřej Růžička.
