DEAL DONE – AGRO PV
PEYTON legal represented SPL, a member of the SAFICHEM GROUP, in the acquisition of 100% equity interests in AGRO PV 7, AGRO PV 10, AGRO PV 39, AGRO PV 60 and AGRO PV 63 from the Solar Global Group.
The acquired companies operate in the renewable energy sector and own and operate photovoltaic power plants in the municipalities of Smrk, Petrohrad and Dubnice. The transaction marks another step in the development of SAFICHEM GROUP’s activities in the energy and photovoltaic sectors.
PEYTON legal provided the buyer with comprehensive legal services, including the legal due diligence, negotiation of transaction documentation and addressing all related legal matters concerning the acquisition, including the takeover of financing.
The transaction was carried out by the PEYTON legal team led by partner Martin Heinzel, together with junior lawyer Nikola Tomíčková.
