DEAL DONE – MAM FINANCE A.S.
PEYTON legal represented MAM Finance a.s. in simplified merger control proceedings before the Czech Competition Authority (ÚOHS) in connection with its acquisition of Van de Velde Packaging Unipap a.s.
Van de Velde Packaging Unipap, originally a Czech company, has been active in the packaging market for more than 30 years. It focuses primarily on the production of large-format and recyclable corrugated cardboard packaging and ranks among the key players in the industrial and logistics sectors. MAM Finance is a joint investment vehicle of BHS Private Equity Fund, Versute Investments, and MAM Private Equity fund SICAV. As a result of this acquisition, both funds have expanded their existing portfolios into an attractive and promising sector.
