SYSCOM SOFTWARE to the Czech technology group Aricoma which is a part of Karel Komárek’s KKCG investment group and is the biggest provider of ICT services in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
SYSCOM SOFTWARE specialises in the development of software for public administration and has been active on the marked since 1994. The most significant projects of the company include the complex information system AVISme for the state administration or several projects in the field of research and application of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
PEYTON legal provided complete legal service to the sellers, which entailed the negotiation of the transaction documents as well as dealing with all related legal issues.
