PEYTON legal represented SAFICHEM GROUP in the process of the sale of the Czech engineering company PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY a.s., a major manufacturer of technologies for breweries, dairies as well as the chemical industry.
PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY is a company with more than a century of tradition and a major player on the Czech market and several foreign markets in the field of production of stainless steel and copper tanks and supply of complex technological units for the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, energy, agriculture, breweries and microbreweries. The new owner of the company is the industrial group Charvát, which focuses primarily on the production of hydraulic systems and aircraft landing gear, for which the acquisition means further expansion of its production portfolio.
PEYTON legal provided full legal service to the seller consisting in the negotiation of the transaction documentation as well as handling all related legal issues.
