We represented the Vendeavour group during a successful sale of one of its major companies EL spol. s r.o., operating in the field of laboratory services, which had been previously acquired by the group at the beginning of 2019. During the 2-year period in which it was part of the Vendeavour group, the company was a significant and prosperous link in its portfolio. Its acquisition, valuation and subsequent successful sale represents an important chapter in the (so far) brief history of the Vendeavour group. The divestment itself will enable the group to upgrade its company portfolio with further interesting enterprises and projects. Our law firm provided the seller with full legal service, including transaction consultancy, legal review and negotiation of the contractual documents and resolving all legal issues related to this divestment.
